Period of precepts

having received and kept the dharma of the king of emptiness
do not make a demonic transgression
the precept incense perfumes the precious throne
the brahma net is stringed as a forest of pearls
the wonderful agreement and meaning of the coming from the west
serves only to transmit to the eastern mind
but look at the place of favour and transformation
where all praise the ocean tide’s sound

…….

In praise of escorting the Buddha’s image

Amida Buddha’s self nature, is fundamentally natural.
Abstruse, outside to seek.
Know the entrance to the market place, is near.
Illumination, often at your finger tips.
